Assigned to a hospital plagued by opioid overdoses, a clairvoyant assassin hunts the mushroom cult behind a diabolical scheme, shielding an orphaned girl from its grasp, only to discover Satan—the killer of her parents—waiting for her.

02 — The Mark

She Was Marked at Birth

Before she could walk, a prophecy was carved into her heel. Before she could choose, evil marked her as its enemy.

EXT. THE TEMPLE OF ARTEMIS, EPHESUS – NIGHT

The full moon blazes.

The archangels appear in a circle of light.

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL unsheathes his sword.

He touches the blade to the baby’s forehead, then carves a lightning bolt into her heel.

Satan watches from the darkness.

Meet Artemis

Named for the huntress who protected children, Artemis was forged into an assassin by tragedy. She kills without hate and fights for those who cannot fight for themselves.

The Prophecy Begins

Marked at Birth

Her father unknowingly recites an ancient sacred text, drawing the attention of the Archangels. They mark Artemis with a lightning-shaped scar and grant her the gift of spiritual sight. From the shadows, Satan witnesses the event and vows revenge against the child destined to stand in his way.
Childhood

The Visions Begin

As Artemis grows, she begins seeing wandering spirits and glimpses of the unseen world around her. What starts as wonder quickly becomes fear as she realizes something is watching her back.
The First Wound

Blood in the Doorway

Seeking vengeance, Satan murders Artemis’s parents and leaves her completely alone. In a single night, her childhood is stolen. The loss hardens her, shaping the woman she will become and setting her on a path she never chose.

Forged as an Assassin

A secret organization recognizes the potential hidden within Artemis and takes her in. Under the guidance of seasoned mentors, she learns to sharpen her clairvoyant gifts, master the art of combat, and navigate a world where supernatural evil hides behind ordinary faces. Years of relentless training transform a grieving orphan into a disciplined assassin—one who kills without hatred and protects those who cannot protect themselves.
